General
The official rules of play shall be found in the current year's Little League Baseball and Softball Official Regulations and Playing Rulebooks. These rules are amended by the following local Ground Rules, in accordance with Rule 3.13
- The Board of Directors for the District Interleague will consist of the District ADA (chairman), and a Vice-President or Player Agent from each league involved. Issues related to the Interleague, including protests, will be resolved by this board with the approval of the District Administrator.
- All game schedules and changes are to be approved by the District ADA for Softball or Baseball, as appropriate.
- It is recommended that Volunteer Umpires be used. Umpires will be provided by the Home Team assigned on the schedule of games. One Umpire is required for Rookies and Minors, two for Major level and above.
- Official Scorebook (and pitch count for Baseball) will be kept by the visitor team.
- All teams will keep track of pitch counts for their pitchers using the district form. This form should be signed by the umpire at the conclusion of each game.
Majors and Above
There is no time limit on games, except for the last game of the night when the local park has a curfew. If the curfew might come into play the home team should address the curfew time at the plate meeting so the umpires and visiting team are aware prior to the start of the game.
